We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various job portals, and proficiency in MS Office applications. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing:- Utilize various channels including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Apna Job, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, networking events, and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Selection:- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles.
- Candidate Management:- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration:- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and actively participate in team meetings.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
