Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Area/Field Officer to source unskilled and semi-skilled manpower for industries such as hospitality, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for building networks, identifying suitable candidates, and ensuring timely fulfillment of workforce requirements in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential manpower sources.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, training institutes, and job fairs.
- Actively participate in recruitment events and outreach programs.
- Understand client requirements and design suitable recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates before recommending them.
- Coordinate with clients for workforce planning and provide recruitment updates.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor recruitment practices.
- Support selected candidates for a smooth transition into new roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in manpower sourcing (unskilled & semi-skilled preferred).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and industry practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
