Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select the best talent for various positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Apna Job, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and events.
  • Screening & Selection: Review CVs, conduct phone screenings, and organize interviews.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain engagement, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define requirements and create recruitment plans.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate data in ATS, track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  • Reduce time-to-hire by optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Ensure high-quality hires with strong performance & retention rates.
  • Enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Maintain stakeholder satisfaction by aligning hiring with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven recruitment experience with a strong placement track record.
  • Proficiency in job portals and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
