Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and select the best talent for various positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Apna Job, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and events.
- Screening & Selection: Review CVs, conduct phone screenings, and organize interviews.
- Candidate Management: Maintain engagement, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define requirements and create recruitment plans.
- Reporting: Keep accurate data in ATS, track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Reduce time-to-hire by optimizing recruitment processes.
- Ensure high-quality hires with strong performance & retention rates.
- Enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- Maintain stakeholder satisfaction by aligning hiring with business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven recruitment experience with a strong placement track record.
- Proficiency in job portals and social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
